3. The Manager's services

The Manager is not an agent, attorney or commission agent of HireHub and does not enter into transactions on behalf or at the expense of HireHub. Within the services the Manager:
- helps the Customer describe tasks and choose Specialists;
- holds calls with the Customer and the Specialist, together or separately;

5.2. Remuneration is accrued to the Manager's balance on the Platform when a Deal is settled. If the amount of a Deal is refunded to the Customer, the remuneration on it is cancelled.
5.3. Remuneration is paid only to a Manager who is a payer of the tax on professional income or a sole proprietor and has filled in the payout profile.
